SOFCO's work in SvD

Outdoor offices are a growing trend, both in Sweden and internationally. Going out to work can be a "break" from monotonous work in an office, says Carina Söderlund, senior lecturer in Innovation and Design at MDU. Carina Söderlund is the project manager for a study on how office work in public urban environments can contribute to well-being through positive experiences of the outdoor environment. Office work outside can lift the mood, increase productivity and give us a sense of flexibility that we may not experience indoors. In addition, it is a luxury to be able to choose your workplace, something that many appreciate, says Carina.
